The CD is broken down into four (4) regions in the continental United States. Spreadsheets containing this data and descriptions of the over sixty (60) line items are the heart of the GCBAA cost guide. The data spreadsheets can be used in either Microsoft Excel or Adobe Acrobat Reader formats.

In addition to New Course Construction, the CD includes a Full 18 Hole Course Renovation, Greens & Tee Renovation, Greens Renovation, Bunker Renovation, and Irrigation Renovations.

The cost guide includes contact information for GCBAA Members and other useful information regarding golf course planning, design, and construction.
