The Association has worked diligently to meet your advertising needs through the Earth Shaping News and the printed GCBAA Membership Directory. The newsletter's modern design and format has had positive response. The indexed advertisement section in the back of each issue has become an easy reference tool for customers and for fans of electronic media. The newsletter is embedded with hot-links to provide easy access to referenced websites and advertisements. The GCBAA staff and contributors strive to include timely and relevant association and industry news in each issue.

For several years the GCBAA has offered a banner advertising program where members' custom banners are hung around the perimeter of the ballrooms at our Winter and Summer Meetings. As much as we enjoy offering this program, the cost of labor and rigging is making the program cost prohibitive. To combat that, we are converting company banners to feather flags, which is still a great opportunity for your company to be in the forefront and show their commitment to GCBAA.  

With your commitment before January 1, 2024 the cost to display your company flag at both meetings is $1,000 (same as banner advertising). If your company does not already have a flag, the deadline to be included in this sponsorship opportunity is December 15, 2023 and there will be an additional cost to produce the flag, approximtely $500 per flag.

Sponsorships for our GCBAA Winter and Summer Meetings help defray costs, provide improved events for attendees and afford recognition for your company. The GCBAA Summer Meeting is scheduled for August 20-22, 2024 in Monterey, California. The GCBAA Winter Meeting is scheduled the week of February 3-6, 2025  in San Diego, California. Please contact the GCBAA office to discuss specific details such as co-sponsorships or contributions.
